Overview JamPersonals.com
JamPersonals.com has one good thing going for it, it is free! That said, we found the registration to be too rigid. For example, you have to post a photo AND invite friends to join in order to register your profiles. While for some people this is not a problem, we felt that it created to much of a barrier to register.
Once registered, you can email members free of charge, which is nice. The site is ad supported (since it is free), so expect a large number of advertisements on the site as you navigate from page to page. Please feel free to draw your own conclusions and give Jam Personals a try.
